InterClean’s Rewards Package The new direction of InterClean will cause our department to implement a new compensation plan that will improve our strategy of retaining, attracting, and motivating my employees. My employment team’s new compensation plan will includes a base salary, sales commission, sale incentives, and sales bonuses. My strategy is to incorporate an effective compensation plan that will complement the new corporate objectives of InterClean (Cascio, 2006). The objectives of InterClean are to begin selling full-service solution packages and become a domestic as well as global competitor (University of Phoenix, 2006). My compensation plan will promote social competition in a friendly atmosphere in order for my employees to reach their sales goals. My total rewards package consisting of work experience, benefits, and compensation. The first part of my total rewards package is compensation. All employees will receive a base salary, sales commission, and an opportunity to achieve sale incentives and bonuses. The base salary for new employees will average around 15% of their total compensation package. I am offering base salary to my new employees so they can be able to make some revenue while building their client base. My intent is for the new employees to realize that the best way to increase his or her individual profits (commission) is to increase his or her sale of our solution products (company revenue). Their commission will be a flat rate so that their pay will be directly correlated with their
