Memo To: Supervisory Managers From: Fred Johnson First, I want to thank you all for being such effective and efficient leaders in guiding the sales team to another successful year. Your dedication to your team and company are greatly appreciated. As your direct manager, I promise to give you accurate and current details relating to the merger as the information flows to me. During my last merger, I have found that relaying information down the chain of command reduces workplace rumors and restores employees’ faith in management decision. Next, I want to update each manager about current mergers and issues within InterClean’s organization. In summary, the vision of our company is to strive to be the premier company in the sanitation industry. InterClean is constantly finding ways to improve our competitive advantage in our market. With that being said our sales team is no longer limited to just the selling the products, but now we are offering a more direct and informative service to our individual customers. We, the sales team, have been tasked to broaden our current sales goals by delivering a “full-service solution packages” to sell to our customers (University of Phoenix, 2005, p. 1).
