Team Charter Analysis
The University of Phoenix is an excellent place to earn a MBA. For example, this
university has supplied learning tool kits for each team in the Management/521 course to
aid them in collaborating data within the team. These kits contain a learning team log and
charter to aid the teams in projects that require the students to work together. The team
charter is comprised of each team member’s data from specific assessments, individual
contact information and skills, and group goals and rules. This paper will state the
individuals’ assessment scores along with analyzing and discussing the charter that Team
C collaborated on.
The members of Team C, Fred Johnson, Petrese Mills, Tamara Cooper, Latoya
Hickson, and Keisha Dodd, took the Jungian Personality Type, Do I Trust Others?, and
Listening Skills assessments. The scores from each individual’s self assessments are as

Dodd, Cooper, and Hickson all scored an ENFP on the Jungian 16-Type self
assessment test (Cooper, T., Dodd, K., Johnson, F., Hickson, L., & Mills, P., 2009).
These members are people-oriented and should find it easier to communicate and interact
with each other because their personalities are alike (Dodd, 2009a). Because Johnson’s
personality differs greatly from everyone else’s personality in the group, he wants to
