Team Charter 2 Team Charter Analysis The University of Phoenix is an excellent place to earn a MBA. For example, this university has supplied learning tool kits for each team in the Management/521 course to aid them in collaborating data within the team. These kits contain a learning team log and charter to aid the teams in projects that require the students to work together. The team charter is comprised of each team member’s data from specific assessments, individual contact information and skills, and group goals and rules. This paper will state the individuals’ assessment scores along with analyzing and discussing the charter that Team C collaborated on. The members of Team C, Fred Johnson, Petrese Mills, Tamara Cooper, Latoya Hickson, and Keisha Dodd, took the Jungian Personality Type, Do I Trust Others?, and Listening Skills assessments. The scores from each individual’s self assessments are as follows: Jungian Personality Type Do I Trust Others? Listening Skills Fred Johnson ESTJ 44 2 Petrese Mills INFP 46 3 Keisha Dodd ENFP 44 3 Latoya Hickson ENFP 48 3 Tamara Cooper ENFP 58 3 Dodd, Cooper, and Hickson all scored an ENFP on the Jungian 16-Type self assessment test (Cooper, T., Dodd, K., Johnson, F., Hickson, L., & Mills, P., 2009). These members are people-oriented and should find it easier to communicate and interact with each other because their personalities are alike (Dodd, 2009a). Because Johnson’s personality differs greatly from everyone else’s personality in the group, he wants to
