HOME SELLING METHODS 2 Home Selling Methods In today’s buyers and sellers’ market there are many prices being thrown out to the crowd. For example in retail there are a lot of those 99 cent theories such as $1.99 for a pound of screws. This works just fine for the retail word simply because it looks like a smaller number thus capturing more sales. In today’s home market it’s a different story. You will cut your prospective buyers in half using those 99 numbers. In an article entitled “Why Are You Pricing Your Home like Clothing at the Mall?” an experienced realtor explains why it’s important not to use those 99 numbers for houses. Throughout this paper we will explain any problems involved with this situation and will then find a solution for those problems.
