Standard Hour is a common plan the sets incentive rates on the basis of predetermined rates for completing a job or task. For example a employee at a computer shop will make a standard hourly rate plus a commission bonus of a job completed. So If the company charges 30 dollars an hour to work on the computer, deadline for it to be finished was two hours, and it the employee finished it in one hour and 30 minutes, They would still be paid for two hours worth of work. This can come to some company’s advantage because it keeps the employee’s on track, the cons to this would be if the productivity in the company dropped, and tasks were not completed on time. Incentive awards are a non-cash award given to employee’s who show progress with hard work and dedication. Some companies give out theater tickets, shirts, Sweat shirts, Hats and vacation trips to there employees to thank them for there hard work. This is the most effective incentives plan because it
