The person working this job needs to have great organization skills, be great at filing in alphabetical and numerical order. A high school librarian needs to be able to read and comprehend the information in a timely matter. It takes a very knowledgably person to work inside a library, the person who works this job will need to be able to communicate with those around them, know how to find information in creative ways, Know there way around the library and internet. The advantages of having someone fill this position is that there will always be a person there to help out students find the information they need to do there research projects. Having a librarian around is like having the information at your finger tips, they will let you know how to acquire the information and what information is junk....
