When first reading the Deloitte and Touché Case study, I thought the problem that occurred was that the company's new hires were made up of 50 percent women. After going back and reading the case study again the problem was that the work environment had limited opportunity for advancement, the company was exclusive from mentoring and networking, and the company was not handling work and family issues. The fact that the company was made up of all women was a positive thing because these concerns do not seem to be geared toward men so they would have continued to be ignored. The changes that Deloitte and Touché made fixed the underlying problems. The keeping of the women employees, no matter what position, went up and for the first time since the
