CheckPoint Week 7 There are different types of e-commerce today. They range from Business to Consumer, Business to Business, and Consumer to Consumer. Business to Consumer is described as any type of retail store that sells all or the majority of its products online. Some examples of Business to Consumer would be Best Buy, Target, and Kmart. A Business to Business is defined as a company that sells is services or products directly to another company. A perfect example in the State of Texas is the company of Lewis Energy. This company sells its products and services to various businesses around the state of Texas. A Consumer to Consumer model is best defined as any type of website that is owned and operated by another person that sells various products or services to other consumers. The best example of this model is Ebay. This site allows for consumers the opportunity to offer and sell their products to other consumers worldwide.
