CheckPoint Week 1 The three dimensions to business problems are Organizational dimension, Technology  dimension, and People dimension.  The Organizational dimension is comprised as outdated  business processes which is the methods that a business completes assignments.  Unsupportive culture and attitudes is a major factor as many workers have a different approach  on a particular method and as a result conflicts arise and limit the effect of the main objective.  Complexity of task is another factor that affects the Organizational dimension, the task at hand  may at times be more than can be handled by the workers and as a result processes cannot be  completed efficiently and effectively. The other factor is inadequate resources which is a factor  in many businesses today, without the proper information, it is nearly impossible for a business  to complete the necessary process effectively. A perfect example of how this dimension affects  business is that a major company that needs to process equipment orders needs to have all  workers on the same page in terms of how to handle the process and ensure that they all have
