Among the topics discussed are: introduction to the finance models of the firm and financial markets, time value of money, securities valuation, capital budgeting, risk and return, and cost of capital. The course will provide an analytical framework that can be consistently applied to evaluating financial decisions. FINA1003 Corporate Finance ± Course Format Lectures : The course will be delivered mainly by the instructor. Class attendance and participation in discussions are expected for all students.
