Unformatted text preview: In our current era, organizations need emails so they can benefit from there advantages to keep up with the ever changing technology world. An organizations biggest benefit is that they have the capabilities to send out and receive mail and documents immediately from other organizations and they build better client communications. When an organization needs to send out letters, memos, and documents it doesn’t cost them money to do it now and it saves them a lot of money. An organization might want to limit how their employees use emails during work hours for a few reasons. The first benefit that an organization can get by limited the use of emails in the work place is that they will get more productivity out of their employees and make a larger profit, as many employees use the organization’s network to send out their own emails. An organization must also keep all emails for a large period of time or they could face fines and this could clog up databases. Confidential material, offensive material, and illegal activity could be sent and the up databases....
