Student’s Name ____________________________________________________    Box # _________ Work-Based Learning Portfolio Due Date:   2008-09 Thursday, October 2, 2008   Portfolio Picture Assignment Collect at least four (4) pictures for your portfolio. You may check out the  department’s digital camera if you do not have a camera. 1 picture must be of the place of business (exterior picture of the worksite if possible)  3 pictures must be of YOU working on the job.  o Make sure YOU ARE IN THE PICTURE o Try to get three different locations/areas at your worksite Save the pictures to your WBL folder on the server  Arrange your pictures neatly in a word document  o this can be more than 1 picture on a page or you can have up to four pages Write an explanation for each picture o What are you doing? o What have you learned? Email ONE photo of you at work to the teacher ([email protected]) –  FOR THE  NEWSPAPER o Subject line should be: Student’s Name—worksite photo o A short caption with the place of employment and what you are doing should be in the
