ENG 4UI DECEMBER 13, 2009 COMPARISON ESSAY RICHARD WAGAMESE RAGGED COMPANY | KEEPER’N ME LOVE AND FRIENDSHIP Love is a central theme around the two novels, Ragged Company and Keeper’N Me by Richard Wagamese. Throughout these two novels one can see how Wagamese demonstrates how important ones friendship and family can be to another. In the novel Ragged Company , a group of five set out in search for a life together facing objects they have never experienced before. On their journey they find a lottery ticket worth sixteen-million dollars. With or without the money, they are still the best of friend who love and care for each other. Through these two novels one can see how a true friendship forms among friends and how friends and family can influence someone to make the better choise. Love is one of the most important things in life and one can see that in these two novels Love is the basic fundamental of life and can cannot be lived without.
