At my job, my boss always made sure to recognize people who were always on time, doing a great and being efficient at work, and made sure to congratulate everybody individually no matter how many people get good that week. As for monetary gain, I mostly like working simply to learn new skills, met new people, and to make myself more marketable so I care pretty little about compensation. 2.
