My style is definitely compromising. I believe that if everyone is able to contribute something
and we can reach a middle ground, then everyone leaves happy and confident in the lasting
result. This definitely makes sense to me, I’m someone who feels that everyone always has
something significant to offer, so if everyone is able to give something, and we reach a consensus
with a little bit of everyone’s opinion, the final result would be amazing.

One conflict that I’ve handled was one in my Gold Leadership challenge group, we were on the
fence about how to execute this specific event and eventually I was able to combine everyone’s
idea into a big idea that gave a little bit of what everyone wanted, and everyone ended up really
