My preferred role (encourager) matches my perceptions very well. I am always the person in my
group who likes to check in with everyone periodically, make sure everyone is at the same place,
and make sure everybody feels good about what they are doing and how much progress we are
making.

In group assignments I can help to keep everyone motivated and uplifted. I may often come into
conflict however when someone pessimistic feels the opposite way and wants to point out
everything group members may be doing bad at.

One of my lowest roles is the recorder role, I believe that I am a person who likes being in the
