By giving those people the rights to their creativity, anyone down the road that uses any part of it or reproduces it would have to give them credit for the idea. Musical Mash-Ups do this all the time in the clubs and on the radio. There are so many people doing it that it is hard to stop all of it, but if people do things right from the beginning than you wouldn’t have legal issues down the road....
