January 12 th , 2009 Dear Parents/ Guardians, For the last month your student has been studying water quantity and water quality in our  MYP Science unit, Water and the West: Living Together. During this time we have been  exploring watersheds, water chemistry, and aquatic ecosystems through the lens of the  proposed Glade Reservoir.  Glade reservoir is a “Horsetooth Sized” new water project that is being proposed  for  being built just north of Fort Collins. Currently, it is being reviewed for its environmental  impact. There has been much controversy in our community around this topic over the  last year or two. Different stakeholders in the issue (farmers, environmentalists, etc) have  taken clear sides. Many of our students have had the chance to hear speakers from  representatives from both sides of this issue.

What students are saying

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
