What would you include in a workforce plan? Improving the work environment to enable a higher quality of life for employees is becoming a must. The new generations need to be able to reconcile all walks of life and enjoy a pleasant work experience. A rigid and inflexible work environment generates dissatisfaction and decreases creativity and productivity. A company can survive this type of culture, but it will be limited in its growth, because the best talent will have no interest in joining these organizations. Talent is the most important factor in the success of a business in the connected and technological world. To attract and retain these professionals, you need to work with them to customize your work. This makes them feel valued, which leads to excellent performance. The key is to be flexible and collaborative with schedules and location. The benefits of collaborating with your staff's staff on optimal flexibility and the ideal workplace include: 1) Adhesion By customizing the employee's professional life, the intention is to treat him with respect and trust, which will be reciprocal. When a trained employee decides to work from home a few days a week, he makes a serious commitment to the company. Instead of working for the employer, he is working with you.
