The new generations need to be able to reconcile all walks of life and enjoy a pleasant work experience.A rigid and inflexible work environment generates dissatisfaction and decreases creativity and productivity. A company can survive this type of culture, but it will be limited in its growth, because the best talent will have no interest in joining these organizations.Talent is the most important factor in the success of a business in the connected and technological world. To attract and retain these professionals, you need to work with them to customize your work. This makes them feel valued, which leads to excellent performance. The key is to be flexible and collaborative with schedules and location. The benefits of collaborating with your staff's staff on optimal flexibilityand the ideal workplace include:1) AdhesionBy customizing the employee's professional life, the intention is to treat him with respect and trust, which will be reciprocal. When a trained employee decides to work from home a few days a week, he makes a serious commitment to the company. Instead of working for the employer, he is working with you. This creates tremendous adherence.2) Broad talent offeringIf the employee does not need to be in the office, the talent pool, whichcan be global, is broadened. With social networks, intranets, and teleconferences, the distances become more and more relative.3) Larger layoutCompanies that offer flexibility have less absenteeism and turnover, and high levels of engagement and productivity. Everyone wants to feel in control of their lives, and allowing for flexibility, employees havereal control. They perceive the trust and valuation deposited in them, and their investment in work and organization grows.4) Smart strategy
Otavio Maia da Silva BarrosID 1811Flexibility at work is a strategic move, not an employee benefit. The bottom line is that companies with modern policies are more likely to attract and retain talent. Professionals prefer to be in companies that treat them as adults and have innovative and empathic cultures. Remote work can also reduce costs with materials, real estate and utilities. The important thing is that the tasks are fulfilled.5) Value addedTruly committed employees experience their projects and are always attentive to new inspirations or insights. By doing home-office or working at schedules they helped establish, they are in touch with the outside world of the office, more open to novelties. The employee with an active and satisfied life brings value to the company, and can find inspiration in surprising places.
