September 17, 2010 Mike Eblin, Our group is excited to be working with SCI Languages. To help improve SCI’s competitive advantage, we will complete the following: 1. Complete a competitive pricing analysis of different pricing methods 2. Identify strengths and weaknesses of key competitors 3. Gather useful data about competitors from sales collateral, previous work by Rachel Eblin, and other addition sources. 4. Present and discuss findings with SCI personnel. 5. Present website essentials, along with additional suggestions. The tentative schedule for our project: 1. Research and gather data, analyze, and submit initial report. Completed by Friday, October 29, 2010 2. Answer questions through a GoToMeeting discussion with SCI administration. During the following two weeks in November at an agreed upon time.
