Any Branch Banking: Most of the foreign and private banks operating business in Bangladesh have started providing this facility to its customers. “Any Branch Banking” is the service where an account is accessible from any branch of a particular bank. Definition: In Bangladesh the term is widely popularized as “On-line Banking”.

Any Branch Banking: An Inter-branch Transaction Account (IBTA) is used as a media to reconcile such transactions among branches. In centralized version of core banking solution every single transaction is recorded and authorized at the Head Office Central Server. In Central Database Environment: The transaction procedure is as same as the transactions on own branch except in this case transaction is done on the account of a remote branch.
