Second Quiz Will be Tuesday January 19 Quiz will be same format as quiz 1 all m/c questions It will cover: Previous Chapter 11 Questions Chapter 13 Quiz Questions 9, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 29, 33, 35, 43,44, 47 Make sure you know advantages and disadvantages of Incorporation Know the entries for dividends – as discussed several times in class: Dividends Declared debit Dividends Payable credit Dividends Payable debit Cash credit Know the formulas (and quiz questions) for: SOE Ration = Return on Stockholders Equity PE Ration Dividends Yield Selected Chapter 11 homework questions as discussed in class may also be on the exam. _______ After the quiz we will cover Chapter 13 so be ready. The pace will start to increase. The outline for objective 1 has been provided to you but you are responsible for everything even if outlines have not been provided. I will send some future outlines but eventually the work will be all your own.

You should be reading the chapters and reviewing the assigned homework – that is why the homework solutions are provided to you. You should ALWAYS be reviewing the quiz questions that have been provided. If you do this the terminology will become second nature. The knowledge of the terminology will be helpful to you in every future class and in your career so it is essential to get it down. We generally will not review actual quiz questions or results because all of these materials are provided to you. You should have a very good idea of how well you did. However, after I grade the first 2 quizzes I will inform anyone who has a C or below. You must gain points on the quizzes because the midterm and final will be more challenging....
