Aircraft management : SGI manages any – and all – lease obligations for lessors and lessees including monitoring and recording aircraft flight hours and flight cycle utilisations, calculating and monitoring maintenance reserves, managing eligible claims from maintenance reserves, optimizing returns on transactions and managing deposit accounts for lease rentals and reserves paid by lessees. And advising customers on “end-of-lease” solutions for aircraft and engines. b. Exposure Management: verifying compliance with airworthiness directives, mandatory service bulletins and other regulatory requirements. SGI produces value adjustments for maintenance reports, modification embodiment reviews and credit risk analysis of maintenance exposure, including current and future maintenance reserve cash flow overviews. They calculate real and future half- life value maintenance adjustments which can be used to accurately forecast
