Class schedule may change without notice. Cardio Kickbox A high energy workout that strengthens and tones your body and buttocks. A combination of boxing and kickboxing techniques will be used. This is a drop-in program; pre-registration is not necessary. Total Body Conditioning Packed with compound exercises to build strong muscles while keeping the heart rate up. We finish with a full length core workout and flexibility. CHCC Adult Fit 4 Two® Prenatal Fitness Fusion Multi-level. All trimesters welcome. A perfect class for moms-to-be who prefer a blend of strength training and yoga. Each class includes a pregnancy specific warm up, strength training session and yoga segment. Connect with other moms-to-be in your community while reducing prenatal discomforts like lower back ache, fatigue and swelling. All Fit 4 Two classes are based on the guidelines of Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC). Please note: Because we care about you and your baby, a Par-Med-X for Pregnancy Form must be signed by your healthcare provider (physician or midwife) prior to your participating in class.
