Harry Potter and the deathly hallows Departure Call to Adventure: Harry’s call to adventure for book 7, actually happens in book 6: Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. When Dumbledore dies Harry makes it his mission to continue the hunt for the horcrux’s so that one day he will fulfill the prophecy and kill Voldemort. Refusal of Call: While Harry does not refuse the call himself, the first eight chapters of the book, Harry cannot begin his quest. Whether it is waiting for Ron and Hermione to finish planning so they do no die on their trip or waiting for the wedding of Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour to be over with he cannot begin his journey right away or he would die. Supernatural Aid: With this being a book about magic there are many points where Harry has supernatural aid and I will point them out throughout the story. Notable ones are Harry’s wand turning on Voldemore by itself, Aberforth Dumbledore, Dobby the house-elf, Kreacher the house-elf, a magical dragon, and the Deathly Hallows. Crossing The Threshold:
