Risk Identification and Assessment The project has many risks that are major to its completion. For example, if the project is not approved by Red Robin, or if the approval takes a longer time than anticipated, the entire project is defunct or delayed. The more detrimental risks to this project include: Setbacks with Red Robin approving VMI (the corporation can reject the entire project) Restaurant Code Violation(s) (the entire installation of the VMI must be reworked) Failure to Achieve Desired Results due to Marketing (sales revenues decline after installing VMI)
