Were you generally in agreement with the quiz? I believe I did well. I understand what an actual serving size is, I just dont always stick to the serving size for myself. 2. How do you think having a better understanding of serving sizes may help you monitor the amount of saturated fat, cholesterol, and calories in your diet? I think if you are going to pay attention to labels and portion sizes you could actually wind up becoming more healthy. For myself, I enjoy my food that is high in saturated fats, oils, sodium, etc. I will most likely start limiting my intake of these items but will most likely never give them up. SCI/162...
