These all go together and if I hadnt known about my Gram, it may be a little more mysterious. 3. How might being aware of your medical family history help you? SCI/162 I feel if we know what our family has or has had we have more information to share with our physicians so they can better treat us. It is unfortunate how many people do not know about their family medical history. I have always been in tune as to what runs in my family only because my Mother made sure she knew for reference sake.
