SWOT Strength It is listed in the Fortune 500 companies, due to the respectable environment and value of the workforce that the employers provide. It is a global brand built upon a reputation for fine products and services. It is operating in approximately 50 countries. It has a total of approximately 16,706 stores; new products can be retailed in their cafes. Weakness Product pricing is very expensive, even if high quality is regarded. The organization is dependent on a main competitive advantage, the retail of coffee. Overly depend on a single product line could make them slow to diversify into other sectors should the need arise.
