Creamcheese 1 Suzy Creamcheese Mr. Lewis (or simply “Lewis”) American Literature 7 (write out “Literature” and do not forget the period number) 11 September 2006 Title of Paper -Note that everything is double spaced. There is an empty space between each line of the heading, as well as between the date and the title of the paper as well as between the title of the paper and the beginning of the first line. -Everything in the paper is 12 pt Times New Roman. Unless your computer does not have Times New Roman, you will need to use this font. -The title of the paper is centered and written in 12 pt font. Do not use other fonts or font sizes. Do not underline or italicize. HOW TO MAKE YOUR NAME AND PAGE NUMBER WITH MICROSOFT WORD Step 1 - Click on “View” then scroll down to “Header and Footer” Step 2- A box will appear at the top of the page. You will need to align the writing to the right side of the page. Press the button in the upper right hand corner of the screen with the lines that look like this:
