Essay Imagine You Are Time Magazine Person of the Year This essay is an opportunity for you to imagine yourself in the future and what difference you will make as a leader of your family, business, community and or the world. What legacy will you leave behind? This is an opportunity for you to think expansively and at the same time provide specific examples that support your ideas. Consider what beliefs and values motivate your actions. Provide specific stories that demonstrate your commitment and how you impact other people. Are you accomplishing your goals alone or with others? If with others, what are your specific goals? Write your essay in the third person. Provide background of how you got to where you are 2, 10 or even 20 years in the future.
