When I look back on what my classmate has for the interview I see that in conclusion most of the facilities do almost everything the same. The similarities are that everyone keeps most of the records in order with the most recent on the top and that they use a universal chart guide. Some facilities will have the file kept in an order of visits and also wellness and lab work that needs to be done or has been done. That is so the nurses know what files they will need to call the patients and what files not to worry about. They also keep everything on the computer and also have loose paper in the patient’s file also so if they lose everything on the computer. Also all the information is kept in the files that they go into. The difference that I can see is that everyone is different in a way of keeping
