Circle the Wagons Procedures Sheet Part A: Reading your work 1. Choose something that you truly consider to be among your best work, and that you wish to further revise. Remember this is an opportunity for you to express yourself as a writer and obtain feedback. 2. You are presenting your work to others, so be sure to speak slowly, clearly, and loudly. 3. Be proud of what you have written. 4. Accept criticism with dignity, understanding that it is not an attack but an effort on the part of your peers to help you revise your work and better express yourself. Part B: Responding to your peers 1. Remember that you will be presenting your own work at some point. Consider this as you respond to others. 2. As you listen, you MUST take notes.
