Managing Human Resources 2 Managing Human Resources The organization that I have chosen to work on is called Jordan Dynamics, Inc. Jordan Dynamics Inc is an insurance agency located in West Palm Beach Florida, there mission is to help the client with all their insurance needs, from acquiring coverage, filling and follow up on claims with the insurance companies, to the COBRA administration of the cases. Jordan Dynamics, Inc. is operated by the owner and she is as well the agent. Employees are treated unfair in this company due to the lack of Human Resources knowledge of the owner. As an agent, she is one of the most recognized and respected in South Florida, the problem with her corporation is the employees’ turnover rate. I would like to evaluate all of the three of the human resource management responsibilities. 1. Attracting a quality workforce: Jordan Dynamics, Inc, hold positions that are very well paid, a starting receptionist will make in between $13.00 to $14.00 per hour, customer Service Representatives are under salary starting at $28,000 per year and the Office Manager with a $38,000 at year. Health, Dental and Vision benefits paid at 100% for the employee and 50% for the family rate by the employer. One week vacation paid after a year of employment and two weeks after two years, 3 weeks after 5 years and 4 weeks after 10 years. All this benefits are great incentive to apply; in fact several agents from the insurance companies come to apply for the positions because of the benefits. 2.
