PSYCHOLOGY EXPERIMENT PARTICIPATION To create a new account in the experiment system: You will need to set up in account in the experiment system if you already do not have an account from a previous semester. Go to http://lsuhumanresearch.sona-systems.com/ and click the “Request an account here” link located toward the bottom left of the screen under the “New Participant?” heading. Follow the instructions listed at the top of the page. Once completed, you will be able to access the experiment system. General tips for using the experiment system: Before you sign up for an experiment, carefully read the information that is posted for the experiment. It is your responsibility to be aware of any rules or regulations for an experiment you sign up for. After you complete an experiment, wait a week for the credit to be granted in the system. If the credit for the experiment does not appear within a week, email either the researcher managing that experiment or the system administrator. If you realize you will be unable to attend an experiment you are registered for, you have up to 24 hours before the start of the experiment session to unenroll from the experiment through the experiment system online. If there is less than 24 hours before the start of the experiment session, email the researcher managing the experiment regarding your cancellation. It is important you do this BEFORE the start of the experiment if at all possible, otherwise you may be penalized for your absence. If you miss two or more of your experiment sessions without contacting the experiment administrator with an acceptable excuse, you will be blocked from the registration system. You will not be able to sign up for any new experiment sessions for the remainder of the semester. If you are under 18 years of age, you must contact the experiment system administrator ( [email protected] or [email protected] ) for information on obtaining consent to participate in experiments. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have signed parental consent to participate. Contact the experiment system administrator ( [email protected] or [email protected]

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
