Whereas, the Student Government Association has the authority to allocate spot funding for Chartered Student Organizations, Whereas, Club Tennis is a Chartered Student Organization, Whereas, Club Tennis submitted a spot funding request of $3505.88 for travel to the National Tournament in Cary, North Carolina, Whereas, this was an unforeseeable expense because the Tennis team had to qualify for this tournament, Whereas, it is the right of every Chartered Student Organization to submit a spot funding request,
