Grillot- Check out slustudentsforlife.org for complete information regarding sign b. Garcia- SLU is going to be reaccredited next spring for ######, and they are looking for student input. The J-Crew galleria is doing a special party from 6:30-8:30 tomorrow. c. Meinert- Vagina Monologues are next week, see her for more information. d. Peddada- Check out a flyer for dinner, Papa Johns. e. Serpas- Spanish mass at pruledge hall at 7:15. BSC is having their key note speaker to- night. f. Paetow- This Saturday Barenaked Statues will be performing at Wash U for a competi- tion. Come see, $10 for students g. Beckerer- Arts and sciences senators especially Presidents office is going through the in- terview process. h. Garcia-Lorca- Remember when you participate in i. Sondag- Business school is having its 4, 5, or 6 th annual service day. Business week is next week, the week of the 24 th . There are events every day next week, so be sure to check some of them out. All the information can be found online. There is also two bas- ketball games this week. j. Meiners, Jimmy- Michelle Ree is coming for Education discussions. VII. Special Business VIII. Old Business a. (SB) - 039-11 Senator Sreepada Bill to Amend the Associations Bylaws to Establish the SLU/FUSED Committee i. Just changing SLU/FUSED to a committee because it targets a specific diversity issue. ii. Call to question iii. Passed IX. New Business a. (SB) 042-11 Vice President Paetow Bill to charter Womens Water Polo Club as a Chartered Student Organization under the Student Government As- sociation i. The team has been functioning by themselves for awhile now, be allowed to form their own team. Mens is more focused in the fall, while the Womens are more fo- cused in spring. Budgeting has become an issue, splitting the teams would allow each team to apply for funding based on their specific needs. All students are al- lowed to join. ii. Questions iii. (SB) 043-11 Vice President Paetow Bill to charter Decadence as a Chartered Student Organization under the Student Government Association i. Each member introduced themselves and their position in Decadence. The President then gave reasons why the organization should be chartered: Bring more acapella to the school, the student group does service, they also had a packed calendar last semester, and each member directly contributes to the group as a whole.
