VP Paetow- Barenaked Statues, national competition, ICCAs, 8-? At Wash U on Feb. 28 g. Garcia-Lorca- APCS & Parks College, Rent students for math homework h. Shao- A wide variety of food, $10/ ticket, see her for more information i. VP Beckerer- If you have 60 or more credit hours, apply for the Upper Classmen scholar- ship j. U News- Cross Cultural Center policy is NOT different from the school policy, and the article and editorial printed is incorrect. i. Kponee- Thank you for coming in and explaining the problem. She continued to discuss the differences between the Speaker Policy and the 25-day Policy and their differences. ii. Event Policy- The old Speaker Policy became the new Performance, Presenta- tion, and Speaker Policy . The positions within the policy have not been updated on the schools website, but the new policy will be uploaded soon. 1. Questions to Scott Smith and U News 2. Grillot- Do the cultural groups have a different procedure than other groups? *The process for both should still be the same, though hand bills are being looked into for more determination. 3. Meinert- CLARRIFICATION- hand bills do have to be approved 20 days ahead of time, but expediting the hand bills is being looked at. 4. Rollins- When do the 20 days start? and other various questions still have different answers depending on who is asked. *Fine tuning is still in pro- gress 5. Sreepada- The policy kind of morphed into something that SGA did not vote on, can you clarify? *The section that was voted on is a section of the new policy, but it has always been there. 6. Sreepada FOLLOW UP- Is it just for speakers or does any general per- son fall under the policy? *Tough there was a name change, everyone still falls under the new policy. 7. Ryan- CLARRIFICATION- if a CSO is having food, does it fall under the 20 day policy? *No 8. Ryan- When did it change to PPSP? There may have been miscommu- nication 9. Meiners- What new layers do students have to go through to get student involvement? *There is no change 10. Grillot- YEILD to Sean 11. U NEWS- The U News apologizes because they reported a new policy simply because of the name change....
