VP- Vazquez- school of the Americas trip to commemorate all the martyrs. Keep them in your prayers. c. Paluch- Ride Board tomorrow d. Sondag- iLead program, taste of the world event. Tomorrow afternoon discovering the business channel at 3:30pm e. Meinet- SLU Rugby at 6pm in Forest Park f. Grillot- Students for life will be taking a trip to Washington DC, see him for more in- g. Serpas- Cirus theme at 6pm in Whool Ballroom. h. VP- Paetow- December 4 th Barenaked Statues concert in AV auditorium in B school. i. Garcia Lorca- Fundraising T-Shirt for engineers. $10/each j. Podolski- Philosophy club at 7pm for pros and cons about SLU’s mission. k. Kponee- Saturday at 730 l. Sondag- Tom’s shoes viewing for 1millionth pair of shoe drop at 7:15 tonight. m. Serpas- Halo having salsa event at the Med center, see him for information n. VP- Paetow- 2 nd weekend for Cabaret this weekend, see him for more info. VII. Special Business a.Dawn Aldrich Associate Director for Residential Education Proposed changed for this spring in the housing process. All information will be on the Housing Website. NO squatters/pull-ins: o Exception for students approved through Disability Services. o Exception for Flats residents, they will need to make a decision deadline of February 15, 2011 Jr/Sr Assignments: o Lottery system for designated number of spaces on-campus and all spaces at the Flats for Jr/Sr stu- dents. o Non-specialty applications due February 25, 2011, and lottery results will be posted March 11, 2011. o This maximum number of spaces must include mixed-class groups (Sophomore students with Jr/Sr mutually requested roommates). student(s) would be removed from the group, and the Sophomore(s) would choose a space during the Sophomore appointment/access times. o Jr/Sr student applicants will all be given a lottery number; however, only a specific number of Jr/Sr students will be provided access during the online selection process. o All remaining Jr/Sr students applicants who are not given access will be automatically added to the waitlist.
