Senator Meiners- Bands are playing tonight g. Senator Rollins- Hollywood Halloween party h. Senator Ryan- Irish Student Guild dance lesions next Tuesday, and lecture series starting in November 4, 11, 18 i. Senator Serpas- Spanish Mass tonight j. Vice- President Paetow- Barenaked Statues CD release party VII. Special Business a. Ann Gioia i. Question and Answer period. They are now self sustained, which caused an increase parking fee of 65% but it allowed the ability to have equal chance for students, staff, faculty. She understands that putting guidelines and frequency of emails being sent out to students. 1. Senator Kapone- For allowing Parking and Card Services to send out emails 2. Senator Jones- What security is in place for the outer lots? RESPONSE: Wireless infrastructure will be carrying two cameras per lot and campus se- curity periodically patrols the lots. DPS is really good at catching the “bad guys” and getting property back when a break in occurs. 3. Senator Black- Raise of ID cards to 25 dollars? The cost of the card itself has increase to over 10 dollars. But they don’t charge if it is broken or stolen on campus, but the increase is trying to deter people from losing their cards. 4. Senator Siebenaller- Can you explain further the infrastructure that is in place. At one point in time there was a different card for each building and parking garage, but it has increase the use of one card by combining all the uses.
