A Resolution to create a coalition to coordinate and provide leadership for a drafted student creed for the students of Saint Louis University Introduction- Vazquez- sent you the most up to date draft, hope all of you read through that. Next step is to form a coalition, to take on the task of promoting the creed and to hold its integrity and intention true. Educating the student body on why we need the creed, why its important, then the second most important thing will be distributing it .When we come back after winter break, we would have creed week which would be the time to make it as public as possible. Bloom- Ultimately this creed is the first stepping stone of addressing the things that happened last year. Rubeena- Really support it because it is a good first POSITIVE step. Its not the end-all solution, but it’s a start. Having the creed week events can target all students, not just freshmen. Questions- Salazar- Would they edit the creed at all or just promote it? -Anvender- we already had a draft to go off of, and most likely keep it the same and their job would be to implement it. Best collective foot forward. Grillot- What groups were asked for their input? -Vazquez- Rainbow, Una, DLC, all reps of DLC, senators
