However, in some areas (mainly care and treatment), Janson Medical Clinic definitely has some work that needs to be done to improve customers satisfaction. Janson Medical 2 Customers seemed to be very satisfied with the ease of scheduling an appointment that was convenient for them. They were also satisfied with the length of time it took before they saw a physician. However, there are a few areas that need drastic improvement. Customers were extremely dissatisfied with the respect that they were shown by nurses and assistants.
