Average flow time = Theoretical time + Average waiting time Average flow time = 20 mins + 40 mins=60 mins Flow-time efficiency = Theoretical flow time / Average flow time. Flow-time efficiency = 20 mins / 60 mins =33.33% 2. The activity time of a process is 10 minutes. The average number of visits to that process is 1½. What is the work content of the process per flow unit?
