Discussion 4 Mark’s growth is inadequate because of the fact that the mom is not sitting him down to eat regular meals. Marks mom needs to first off ditch the sippy cup, Mark is way too old to be drinking from a sippy and the fact that he walks around with it during the day is causing him to fill up on juice and therefore having too much sugar in his diet and empty calories. He doesn’t like to sit down for meal because his mother does not require it, snacking though out the day does not provide him for proper nutrition. If his mom was to put him on a schedule of breakfast, lunch and dinner and cut the snack buffet he would begin to eat properly and then begin growing better. Mark’s inadequate growth could be cause by the fact that he not receiving enough vitamins, minerals, and protein throughout the day. His grazing is doing more damage than good and his mom is taking the easy way out. Mark should sit down to eat his meals. I would recommend for breakfast either Cheerio’s with cut fruit, or scrambled eggs and toast and fruit, or waffle with peanut butter and honey on them. For lunch

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
