I honestly don’t understand a systems view. The reading material doesn’t give an upfront answer about it. 2. Explain the four frames of organizations. How can they help project managers understand the organizational context for their projects? The four frames are structural, human resources, political, and symbolic. The structural frame is basically what it’s titled, how the organization is structured. It mainly focuses on coordination and control to meet all the goals set by upper management. The human resources frame deals with the messing between the organization and the people involved. It decides what the best personnel structure would be for each different involved....
