What everyday changes, if any, might you make to increase the amount of energy expended in your day- to-day activities? I have very busy day already. I currently watch a 2 year old during the day, she keeps me on my toes. I have to be right behind her picking up otherwise she will complete destroy every room in the house. Then from four till about nine at night my roommate four children always want to something after school. So with them I am running. What types and amounts of exercise would work best for you? I believe that just with my continuing effort to eating right and the children I help with and watch, I can remain active enough to keep losing weight. If anything I would like to get involve in a gym so I can build

If not, can you suggest alternative activities and locations for inclement weather? Well when watching children if they are not outside they are making chaos inside. During our winter month in Wisconsin you are running around the house trying to clean up after all of these kids. They also still play outside building snowmen and having snowball fights all which are very physical. As far as the weight lifting yes, I can do that all year round at a gym or the local Y.M.C.A. So with my current exercise regiment I have I think I will be fine....
