Who can serve? 25 for House, 30 for Senate 7 years citizenship House, 9 Senate Must reside in State they want to represent, but House members not in districts. Term LIMITS?! People got pissed at Congress in 1990's So they made term limits Supreme Court overturned that shit cuz that shit was states amending the Constitution Reapportionment Every ten years the House's 435 seats are reapportioned among the states based on the latest census: The number of constituents has grown from 30,000 to roughly 700,000 per House member. Fastest growing states gain seats while slow growing or declining states lose them. Redistricting: States that gain or lose seats must redraw their boundaries Gerrymandering- design it for political advantage
