SCIE206-1101A-02: Biology 2 Photosynthesis and Respiration Photosynthesis is a process that plants use in order to Carbon Dioxide (C02), Water (H20) and Sunlight in order to create food for them. This food is in the form of sugar known as glucose. Another byproduct that is created by this process is oxygen, which is released by the plants into the atmosphere. Photosynthesis occurs in plants in the Chloroplasts, which are mostly found in the leaves of plants. The Chloroplasts are composed of an inner and outer membrane and the space between the two membranes is called an intramembranous space. The fluid inside of the inner membrane is called stroma. The stroma also contains thylakoids and is where the photosynthesis process occurs. Thylakoids are cells that are bound together by a membrane and this membrane has

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
