Introduction to Computers and Network Hardware 2 Heros Network Design The design for Heros is based on the network and budget requirements provided. I recommend setting up the network using a star topology. A star topology network is a simple and inexpensive network to install that requires the least amount of changes to the existing setup. The only hardware that will need to be purchased will be a hub, network cards, and network cabling. Most of these can be purchased relatively cheaply and they are made more affordable as there will not be a need to purchase any software for the network setup. This network has the advantage of reliability due to each connection being a “home run” to the hub rather than the connections being daisy chained to each other. This means that if one
