Guillermo Furniture Store Scenario     2 Guillermo Furniture Store Scenario The Guillermo Furniture Store in Sonaora, Mexico experienced competition from  national retailers and overseas operations. An explanation of how Guillermo could use  budgets and performance reports in his decision-making process will be provided. The  influence of ethics in his accounting decisions will be included. The accounting  information that is most relevant for Guillermo to consider when making decisions will  be explained. The Guillermo Furniture Store faces many challenges that will require  some adjustments to budgets and operations to remain a fiscally profitable business.  Budgets and Performance Reports In reviewing the budget and performance reports of Guillermo Furniture Store  one could use the production values and labor hours to determine the profits, if  Guillermo Furniture Store decided to sell flame retardant stain. The budgets could be  used to determine if Guillermo Furniture Store would be increase profits if becoming a  representative of another manufacture. The performance reports would be used to help
